Lack of professionalism, lack of educated managers and team leads, too many changes, no time to let a process work after changes before changing again, no room for growth, the company does not access employees knowledge to see where they best fit, prevent employees from growing by not allowing an employee to learn new things, managers change every few months. No set guidelines. Everything is always based on the manager's discretion.

There is no chance of advancement in the company and the management is VERY rude. Your employer is supposed to help and motivate you not put you down and make you feel miserable. Everyone is very judgmental and it is a very biased place to work.. Most employees are afraid to speak up for fear of being laid off with no explanation.
