Pros

The location was nice and the benefits were decent.

Cons

The training was not sufficient for the job, they promise support upon release to the floor. Support from team leaders is almost non-existent. My team was actually in the same training class as me and retained less information. The expectations of the clients are not reasonable for the type of calls that come in.

Limited opportunities for advancement Not enough focus on doing "what's right" and too much focus on "what's right now".

Pros

The office culture is well designed for a call center environment. The office is comfortable for the amount of associates working in the office. Also, the company offers good benefits quickly.

Cons

The standards for the client continue to increase making many associates frustrated by the inability to do well enough by the client on a day by day basis.
