Pros

Great coworkers! Excellent and in depth training! Potential to be a 4-5 star rated company.

Cons

Work-life balance on a scale of 1-10....3. "mandatory overtime" and my old supervisor said once in a meeting, "we get paid what we are worth". So the con here is upper management does not know how to relate to people in a positive manner. The room for growth is little. I could not volunteer with my site's IT department(wanted to help w/o pay..just wanted to learn more). Stayed at that job for 11 months and did the same exact thing everyday..no cross-training, lots of micromanaging, and there was NO SUCH thing as privacy for the lower level employee. I happily left to accept a position within my field of study. Now i'm getting paid what I'm worth...if not more :)

Pros

People were fun to talk to, great product line, and laid back with other agents. Awesome Benefits. Outside of work you could tell everyone was a great person. Great pay when you make tier 1. Big office to walk around in. Delious cafe, I gained 15 pounds eating there every day! I weigh over 300lbs now.

Cons

They route calls and lie to you. They manipulate the compensation so certain agents get bigger bonuses. Your comp is based off a tier system that's weighted ona bell curve. Haha yeah I know, it's frustrating when you confuse someone explaining how you get paid. Close to half your business you write you will not get paid on. Your focus is not on selling to your supervisors. It's being on the phone and making sure you follow their script word for word. It's not a sales job it's a call center job. They dictate it. Nothing you can do about it.
