I can't say enough good things about working for ACS, so let's start at the beginning. The onboarding process is so warm and inviting. You get to meet with HR, Sr. Manager, your lead, Operations, Business Growth, and your ACS buddy. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that you know how excited they are they you have chosen to work for ACS. The owners and leadership are all very approachable, and truly care about your career with ACS. It is a family oriented/team oriented company, not only do they care about your well-being, they also care about their community, and it shows in their charitable donations. The work that ACS does is interesting and diverse in nature, and the talent that they hire is some of the best.
