Good salary. Good All-Hands meetings.
Cons
The staff is cold & unfriendly. They gossip & create a hostile work environment. Their senior management team belittles its' employees in front of other employees. They also self-promote their good-standing in the military community, from a place of fear. It's obvious some of their leaders don't get along.
