      Benefits suck. No PTO for contractors. Recruiters are extremely hard to reach. Was provided misinformation about my assignment

      Weekly pay. Off early on Fridays.

      Cons

      Unless you are white or a male, you will not succeed in the company, even if you’re a top performer. Management is toxic and will constantly talk behind your back. Sucking up will get you very far in the company. Worst commission structure. There are so many great staffing firms, this is not one of them. Sexist men in leadership.

      Not a cut throat environment. Everyone has a common goal and that’s for success which can be achieved without stepping over ppl like some sales roles

      Cons

      Bad management and training protocols and without playing the corporate game you won’t get the help you may need. They give you one way to do it and if that doesn’t work you have to figure out your own path while also going on theirs
