Pros

the only pro is weekly pay

Cons

And that’s if you get paid all of your money. Just not to fond of the company or how it operates. A waste of time and money.

Pros

Great opportunities for personal learning and development if you have the ambition. A great stepping stone for other jobs. My immediate coworkers are great, I have met a few very valuable and helpful people along the way.

Cons

The ambitious will hit a ceiling of career growth where the only opportunities forward are management. Salary is low but the tenured are placed under high pressure to deliver quick turn arounds because of the aggressive nature of the sales business. Work is siloed and unevenly dispersed among the team. May be due to meeting quick turn around expectations. No training plans or organization for onboarding new members. This contributes to uneven work distribution. Image is everything. May be good or bad. Job title is outdated. No sense of work life balance. Unclear identity for those supporting 3 operating companies. My pay checks say Aston Carter, so I posted my review under that company.

Pros

There are two agents i always reach out to when i have questions that are very helpful and are quick to answer. They also have a building within the Nintendo of America building so it makes re-signing contracts easier but now with all of that taking place online its easy.

Cons

When you work for this agency i guarantee you are getting underpaid and get NO benefits.I can re-call one benefit that was provided and that was an Orca card that would only be valid for one month. Thats honestly very insulting. When its time for me to receive my bonus check after working certain number of hours, I HAVE to be the one to reach out to them in order to receive it or else they will never mention it. The way the agency handles layoff's is handled in a very inappropriate way. I sadly witnessed a coworker be escorted out and about 8 others be called at the end of the day with no warnings. There is no close communication with the agency so be prepared to feel like they are always hiding something from you. Oh, and let's not forget that there are 2 months of "break" between contracts. They are NOT PAID days so please be careful. I had to eventually find out within coworkers that if you have a re-turn to work date to get a "Stand by" letter and this is something you can provide unemployment to get "some" hours paid for during this time off. I can go on and on about working for this agency, but I'll just say this, if you are thinking of working for this agency ONLY use it as a steppingstone or else you will not be able to get anywhere.
