      - Great communication with contractors from recruiters. They made sure I was fit for the job with mock interviews and interviewing tips. - Decent contract with an employer, and very transparent about the contract length. - Made sure the communication between employer and contactor was as open as possible.

      Cons

      - Contract jobs can be very short in length.

      Pros

      Meet some great people, learn a lot about the industry that you recruit for, always get paid on time, opportunity to make great money.

      Cons

      Deal with some heavy politics, they try to brainwash you into thinking you can't make what you make there anywhere else, and they don't value their employees. They act like they are your biggest supporter, but when it comes down to it they will sell you out to help themselves.
