      Pros

      Local team is great. Account managers work hard to bring in continuous business. Training is thorough. The recruiter role strengthens your technical skills that you can utilize in your next role.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. You are expected to get the job done no matter what. The moment you stop overworking yourself you get looked down upon. Constant turnaround, very few last over a year expect for upper management.

      Pros

      I had a great contract through them doing data entry and auditing for a popular food delivery service company it was the perfect work life balance since it was a remote position I loved my team and my recruiter was kind!

      Cons

      Unfortunately Aston Carter switched to TekSystems and laid off more than 1/2 our contracted team less than a month after the switch AND after signing our previously extended contracts that same month, it was very disappointing to have no warning and right after the Christmas. My recruiter did offer to help me find another position but I declined. Job security is a big concern.
