Great type-A people to work with who will not let you fail. Lots of growth opportunities here that would normally take someone much longer to achieve. Awesome environment and great business model.

Process to get started was quick and simple. Reps are really involved.

Cons

Dead end with the contracted company. Labeled as “stepping stone” into Navy Federal, but it’s been the biggest road block. Zero chances for bonuses or incentives like perm navy federal employees, for the same work. Half the pay as perm employees, for the same work.

Culture/People/Fun Environment . Hard hard hard work pays off money wise

Healthcare benefits SUCK! A LOT of work you have to do to get to the top in recruiting. I work very hard, all the time. Ranked 10% percent of performers, but it takes a LOT out of you. You need to be ready to fire people on a dime. Some directors are really difficult to work with and expect a lot out of you.
