      Pros

      The culture ,process ,principles, leadership and interest for a recruiter is seen best in practice here . We standout in many other firms in working style. I am having the best learning and outstanding exposure here and I see lot more to learn and grow in here. I have a great experience which I never thought will be a culture in such a huge organization as we create a company where people can speak their mind and relationship are not based on hierarchy.

      Cons

      we have a process of maintaining our data as an integral part of our practice which may take a month's time for any new resource to get used to it. even though we have a training it is quite hectic till we get used to it.
