Aston Carter is a wonderful organization where there is immense growth and candidates are guided for their interview process. It is the organization to gain exposure to clients. There is immense work life balance too. It is the best organization for any fresher in HR to get groomed.

Cons

Salary is average and cannot expect great hike.
