Pros

Met some great people working there.

Cons

SUPER Long hours. Favoritism from upper management. Company politics. High turnover (company went through 13 people in a matter of 4 months). Only the employees with cut throat mentality excels.

Pros

- Sociable fun culture (lots of events, CSR drinks, parties, lunches etc.) - 12 month training program (I've worked at companies that promise good recruitment training but this is the best I've experienced as its mostly classroom based) - Ability to take a day off for charity and get involved with CSR activities - Good progression opportunities - they promote from within and have a clear structure to help develop your career. - Great people to work with - nice to be around driven like minded people - Good commission structure with the opportunity for an increase once you are promoted. - Company has lots of tools in place to help you succeed - Free office fruit -Healthcare -Work in the way you want to work -Management are great -Stunning offices

Cons

- As with any recruitment company you need to be prepared to work hard however I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there are no excessive calling KPI's like at other agencies. - If you join you need to be resilient as you will need to handle objections etc.. however this is the same for any recruitment role in any company -Hours are longer than in some other industries (core hours are 8-6pm)however they are necessary to be able to fulfill the role - this is the same in most recruitment companies

Pros

Good career opportunity if you work the hours Opportunity to progress up the ladder is quick There's people in the office who have only been in the company 3-4 years earning over 100k. If you are driven, motivated, resilient you will do great! Great reward scheme You don't work weekends like some sales roles.

Cons

Work life balance in some teams isn't great. The standard hours are 8-6 but you end up doing a little more than that.
