Pros

Decent starting salary. Lots of like minded people there if you fit the mould. Excellent Christmas parties and social team.

Cons

(2016) Lad culture, long monotonous work not much variety to the work itself. Very sales driven

Pros

Performance driven - massively a numbers game and keeps you motivated. Great if you work well in fast-paced environment.

Cons

Work/life balance - long hours and are not rewarded for quite some time. Takes at least 12-18months to earn a liveable wage which is fine if you're a grad living at home but do not expect to be able to support yourself on a 20k starting base salary.

Pros

- Sociable fun culture (lots of events, CSR drinks, parties, lunches etc.) - 12 month training program (I've worked at companies that promise good recruitment training but this is the best I've experienced as its mostly classroom based) - Ability to take a day off for charity and get involved with CSR activities - Good progression opportunities - they promote from within and have a clear structure to help develop your career. - Great people to work with - nice to be around driven like minded people - Good commission structure with the opportunity for an increase once you are promoted. - Company has lots of tools in place to help you succeed - Free office fruit -Healthcare -Work in the way you want to work -Management are great -Stunning offices

Cons

- As with any recruitment company you need to be prepared to work hard however I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there are no excessive calling KPI's like at other agencies. - If you join you need to be resilient as you will need to handle objections etc.. however this is the same for any recruitment role in any company -Hours are longer than in some other industries (core hours are 8-6pm)however they are necessary to be able to fulfill the role - this is the same in most recruitment companies
