Pros

- Potential to earn management if you manage to brown nose the right people - Good corporate events - Good clients (despite the fact they hunt from them also resulting in losing clients)

Cons

- Red tape upon red tape - Micromanagement to every degree - Appauling work/life balance - New initiatives being rolled out adding extra layers to everyone's process slowing everything down meaning you have to stay longer to get things done - No overtime pay - Favouritism

Pros

Sorry, could not find any. It's on the average of this kind of recruiting agency. Not the worst, far away from the best. If you are experienced and you negotiate then it might be a good deal. You can use it as filling-the-holes employment, or to make the first experience. If the client you work at has a good reputation you can benefit for your CV. If the client you work at meets the expectations of its reputation, then you will gain experience. After that just move somewhere else to grow for real.

Cons

No attention for any need of the employees, no help in burocracy, no guarantee of a commitment for you to get any government advantage (bare in mind that in some countries your employer applies for these benefits). They drastically change the contract upon (late coming) renovation. Payslip not clear.

Pros

- You get to work with the best clients in the industry you operate in. - Management is experienced and generally speaking intelligent. - The training is progressive and thorough, and throughout your career you are constantly given opportunities to further your knowledge.

Cons

- Hours are long and dependant on which team you are in. - Sometimes management neglects to take on other people's opinions and can make it difficult for you to try and be different.
