-Having a gym available to work out at. -The cafeteria made good food.

Cons

-Favoritism amongst supervisors in Cell Culture at the main site. -A toxic environment of cliques within certain supervisor groups. -Frequently those who were lowly skilled but were liked were given serious tasks that involved the bioreactors over those who were more than competent but not as liked.
