The AstraZeneca Frederick Site is an excellent place to gain experience in Biotech manufacturing with plenty of room for mentoring. It feels good to be making something that helps people.

Cons

Upper Management tends to get too wrapped up in strategy talk. Pressure from shareholders drives "infinite growth" which is unsustainable. Also some folks have issues with trying to climb the career ladder depending on the department.
