Pros

+ Culture of open and collaborative workplace. Knowledge-sharing among engineers and managers of direct reports remains strong. + Related to culture, the engineers are highly technically capable and easy to work with. + As many reviews say, there are lots of fun & hard problems that employees of all experience levels get exposed to and take actual leadership in having to solve. So career opportunities are solid, especially for hard-working young engineers. + Facilities are state-of-the-art, and it's awesome to see the scale of vertical integration taking shape.

Cons

- Employee turnover has seemed high at times, - Managing parallel programs in various stages of development / production / launch has presented challenges. This has always been on the roadmap, but it's happening now. - Some initiatives have undergone delays and resource reduction to focus precious resources on a couple top priorities. The reality is that the company needs to execute on its top 2024 objectives, and I believe this team will.

Pros

Brilliant teams, highly educated and skilled co-workers and good vibes. The pay is competitive and the labs/hardware is top notch.

Cons

None that I can think of. It's a startup so expect a startup pace, this shouldn't be a surprise though.

Pros

Interesting technical work Coworkers willing to take the time to explain the systems they work on

Cons

Abysmal work life balance High turnover rate Subject matter experts ignored when conflicting with leadership's in-group opinions Disrespectful attitudes towards women in engineering roles Schedule; Middle managers would acknowledge to teams that deadlines set by upper management were impossible to meet Frequent re-orgs, disorganized company growth not helped by the high turnover rate in combination with aggressive hiring targets (at the time)
