Pros

Coworkers are all great to work with, all very knowledgable and hard working. Depending on the division, benefits could be great or bad

Cons

Very little support from upper management. Company is reactive to change instead of trying to get ahead.

Pros

This is while it was EADS/AIRBUS.great bunch of people(most of them) great learning experience. good pay. good insurance package. profit sharing. free sodas, sometimes free food. other fringe benefits. then came the fall.........

Cons

Test systems was sold to astronics. Although they offered us jobs, they soon gave one third of the company their walking papers. guess that's what happens when you can't make your deadlines. you lose very profitable contracts. All i can say is i did my job, and i did it well, even saved them a few bucks.and for that, i get dismissed

Pros

Great employee-focused business culture, flexible work hours, quarterly profit-sharing bonus check, management is approachable and friendly (open-door policy), many managers started out as engineers, opportunities for training and (some) reimbursement for continuing education, OK health benefits, aerospace industry is fairly stable and long-term goal oriented.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities for technical career path and technical skills. Base compensation not as competitive as other tech companies in the area. Development program schedules are typically unrealistic. Depending on the team, there can be a "it's always been done this way" attitude.
