Pros

I really liked my team and some of my coworkers. The area around the building was pleasant. That's about all.

Cons

Upper management did not communicate well, and frequently disregarded the feedback they said they wanted. The pay was significantly below industry standard. My supervisor was more of a manager than a leader. Rather than valuing contributions from the team members, they only wanted things done the way they would do them. It it wasn't, it was either kicked back or rejected entirely. Egos and sexism run rampant.
