New management has turned what used to be a small hard working family environment into a political mess. Nepotism is the new norm. New hires are incompetent but will get away with anything because they’re friends with or are hired by new management. No innovation, just recycling legacy products. Supplier delays due to financial problems. No bonus going on 3+ years. Leadership brags about being inclusive meaning including bad behavior… Managers all have the same off Friday so there’s no support and lower levels end up doing the managers job without the pay. Not enough work. People are bored and just collecting a paycheck. Lots of unhappy employees because of the new management and leaderships response is “if you don’t like it here, you should leave”… People are leaving…the rest are waiting for retirement… Little diversity in management.

Long time employees are forgotten about. Medical accommodations are not met a lot of the times will lead to termination. I've seen it happen to a few people that I do not personally know. Some negative employees are surgar coated so they don't have tantrums even when they are a distraction or issue to the entire area and others sounding. Crazy part I've seen more then one get a raise for this nasty behavior. Almost Tom is a joke. PTAs and lower level employees can bring concerns to him and he doesn't listen or tale any action. I've heard from employees nit doing their jobs right down to them being so unsanitary that they have actually been caught doing some pretty sick stuff. 😫
