Decent Place for Young Professionals

Pros

Great opportunities for career development of young professionals, due to lack of experienced people they can easily achieve lead positions. Pays above the industry average but not fairly across the employees.

Cons

Overtime is part of the company culture. Mentorship is not available for young professionals even though half of the employees are in their early career, lack of guidance is damaging both the employees and the business.

Cons

Long hours - no compensation. Hierarchy very powerful - no ability to influence or grow upwards Poor benefits - no bonus scheme. No company shares offered any more.
