Pros
Great mission. Smart CEO. Great for novice professionals.
Cons
1. Awful manipulative engineering professionalism at the UK branch. 2. Unrealistic engineering deadlines. 2. No work-life balance. 3. High turnover rates. Recruiters must be making a fortune out of this company. 4. Inexperienced team leads flex their egos at will yet they only got promoted due to lack of senior members. 5. Toxicity brewing up and HRs will just side with the management. What do you think happens when an egocentric amateur team lead gains a top position? They will try and discredit junior promising talent as they selfishly seek more higher positions - that will come at a cost of your mental health. 6. More than 3 interviews is another red flag. 7. Negative reviews about performance should be given to the individual for them to excel, not shared widely in the company leadership. 8. Why hire someone through more than 4 interviews, they pass probation, and later you say they are not qualified or lack skills for the job role because of your unattainable deadlines set by a clueless team lead who knows nothing about the assignment they are giving? 9. Lastly, no mentorship at all, you are on your own as a graduate engineer.
