-Product Suite is strong -Happy Clients and lots of room to grow -Hiring new leaders and attracting top talent -Nimble and no politics

-Not a familiar name in software, yet! But that can change

Company is very laid back, work-life balance is good and company has a good culture within some groups. Lots of personal growth potential.

Cons

Leadership is often misguided and lacking understanding of core business. Lack of good training, and hold on to bad people.
