Pros

Learnt basic IT skills and met some good people.

Cons

Management have no people Skills, no progression, not fair in terms of sharing the workload fairly. Will not honour commitments or "handshake" Agreements. Incentives and socials are bland. You get promoted based on working all hours of the days as opposed to actually skills.

Pros

Co-workers are like a second family. Leadership really cares for you, and my direct manager is the greatest leader/mentor any employer could ask for. Really fun place to work. Lots of random perks, like sporadic days off, git bit, random meals, and stuff for special events.

Cons

Depending on the position and work load can be many hours. when got acquired there was a lack on transparancy and a lot people started to jump ship.
