Pros

You can do this job with a lobotomy, and if you pretend to care about the coaching and KPIs then they wont fire you unless you stir the chamberpot.

Cons

Schedules are randomized every six months they don't know labor laws Stolen wages inhumane expectation that you use a timer to count your trips to the bathroom Infantilizing corporate/hr morale policies (we are one team) They make you compete hunger games style against your colleagues for time off.

Pros

They really know how to pretend to care about you, that's good if you fall for it. The salary is not that bad for a call center.

Cons

The equipment is completely old-dated, making the job even more difficult to do. It's a call center, they invest hard on the punishers (supervisors) and the whips (tons of systems to see if you are really taking the max of calls possible). They're never satisfied with your work and their rule is that you always have something to improve (which at least for me is very discouraging.
