      Pros

      Decent Pay, Benefits, 5 Shifts a Week, Consistent Hours & Overtime

      Cons

      Mandatory Over Time, No Career Growth, Changes your Schedule without notification, Grading Metrics are Incredibly hard to meet, 4 Qualities a Month on Calls, Supervisors/Coaches don't have Any Answers, Your Immediate Supervisor will care for you, but beyond that your a easily replaced number, 12 Sick Days (one per month). 8.5hr days(8hrs Paid)/5 days a week. With the amount of work you have to do for the little amount of pay, i suggest its not worth it unless you're under some kind of influence

      hours, benefits, pay rate (is ok) Work @ Home is available

      Cons

      Managers abuse the power they have. If you get hired for a particular job be ready for a manager to throw you into a role you have no idea to do. Mental Health means very little. If you speak out about issues you are flagged and they will do whatever they can to get you out. Avoid this place unless you are one of the sheep and a yes man. Personally I am not.

      Low wage, sassy HR, ridiculously harsh QAs, poor training
