Good pay, easy job for the most part, if you’re okay with customer service.

Cons

Toxic culture, too much pressure on customer service reps to sell, when they were never properly trained to do so. The work/life balance is terrible.

Cons

No cons to say. The management was clear about expectations and helpful with feedback. I only left because nursing school got too busy to balance both.
