Pros

The pay isn’t too bad and that’s honestly I can give them

Cons

First of all when I started with this company, they told me I would only drive a certain amount of miles but now I’m realizing that that has been a lie on numerous of times they’ve pushed me way further than the limit that they initially stated and I’ve never heard anything where they’re going to formally let us know that they did push the limits so now you’re driving and putting mileage on your vehicle they also don’t pay you fully for the time that you’re out so if you’re out for two hours, they’ll only pay you an hour the and honestly, if you get caught in a shift where you’re spending more time than you are usually expected to, they will count that against you but meanwhile, their systems will have plenty of issues and thoughts that you won’t have control over but they want to make sure that you get everything done correct correctly with problems out of your control. And work life balance is honestly nonexistence. Cause it seems like a part-time job but if you get pushed way too far out then you’re basically spending two hours getting to your destination without knowing how long you would take and the constant pressure of t cells is ridiculous cause honestly it is not a sales position. It is a service position where you can upsell, but there is no warrant guarantee that the customer is expecting to buy anything formally. This is honestly a job that if you can always deal with the gold post, moving and un organizing even after something was contractually already set then yes but this company is constantly squeezing every quality out of their employees while slowly losing a moral standpoint of making sure their employees are happy they are just glad to know that they’re getting paid a little bit better than what’s mainly out here is all I can say, but as far as making a fulfillment in their commitment they don’t really care less it’s meeting sales quotes to keep their business to business relationship and not their own internal relationship with their employees
