      Pros

      some great people work there who are highly intelligent and successful at what they do; compensation is more than competitive, including the strong bonus program, plus you can't beat unlimited PTO and the freedom to work remotely; I'd recommend working here, but not necessarily in IT...other areas seem to have it together better.

      Cons

      some really nasty people work there- it really depends on what team you're a part of; be ready to "drink from the fire hose" and be constantly changing teams, roles, desks, etc. because re-orgs are a way of life every quarter.

      Pros

      Benefits are awesome and some of the Supervisors actually care what happens to you. Work environment is comfortable and the employees are friendly and fun. They give good incentives and reward you with food and prizes for a job well done. It is also busy enough to keep you busy during your shift and offer tons of overtime.

      Cons

      The changes that are implemented seem to benefit management not employees... a lot of the changes honestly makes it harder for the employees to do the RIGHT thing. Policy conflicts with itself. The raises that are provided at the end of the year are not enough to keep up with cost of living. It is a lot of favoritism shown for certain people. They say if you work hard and have good numbers your possibilities are endless with this company... not completely true for all. The changes in the company do not make a lot of sense but if you need a jub you will do what is needed.
