Pros

Great health insurance benefits, performance based bonuses, employee discounts, decent support

Cons

Very low pay. No work life balance, hours are awful with no real time off. I worked on 2 accounts so I never got to take vacation time because if 1 account was slow than the other wouldn't be.

Pros

I have learned a great deal more working at Asurion than other gigs. Part of the reason is the culture hear pushes for results and forces you to think creatively to solve problems. I am surrounded by exceptionally bright people day in and out, which helps nurture a great deal of learning as well.

Cons

Recognition here is almost entirely results driven. While not necessarily a bad thing, it is important to be able to sell yourself and worth regularly to stay salient in the minds of management. If it is easy for you to get comfortable and settle, this is not the best place.
