      everyone is kind and understanding, like all supervisors, human resources, even the big boss, pizza days are nice and working from home

      Pros

      I believe management does its very best to treat all employees fairly and with respect. Agents can get up to 575$ bonus a month and it's not so hard to get as long as you apply yourself and do the work at hand.

      Cons

      Since it's a remote office and headquarters are in the US moving up in the company can be tricky. However work at home is growing and creating many opportunities.
