Pros

Management genuinely cared about employee development. Hours and scheduling were consistent, which made planning life outside of work easy. Management encouraged learning outside of your assigned role, which helped with growth and skill-building.

Cons

The main downside was starting pay, though raises were given over time.

Pros

Enjoyed culture and had a great building and opportunities to collaborate.

Cons

Can be complex, in the past - teams were protective of their work and often hard to cross collaborate but that has gotten better.
