Pros

Decent pay. Good upward mobility. Good benefits. Good training program.

Cons

Impossible to keep up with repairs and achieve subscription sales goals with only 8 hours a day. Overtime discouraged or disallowed, which would be necessary to keep up. Samsung phone post-repair software quality checks are sometimes impossible. Lots of dumb manditory procedures can often make it hard to complete a sale, .e.g, repair is done but formality locks the work order. You waste lots of valuable time trying to overcome these. Angry customers often wonder why you can't give them back their device just yet. Giving it back without completing stupid requirements would be giving away a free repair. Corporate cares only about subscription sales, but somehow expect you to keep everything else running smoothly. They know that store managers are setup to fail and just don't care. They want a repair technician, sales representative, and store manager all in one.
