      The starting pay is great! The office space is fabulous!

      This place has the potential to be GREAT! However, the requirements are brutal. Often times you have to read their script or say things how they want them said in order to sell the customer something they dont want which is a Home Tech Protection Plan. Its a tough sell since you are required to go through the script on every call and since something people have to call multiple times the customers have the pleasure of hearing said script on and boy do they love it (sarcasm level 100). Oh and their 5 attendance occurance policy is for the birds. if you are 1 minute late thats an occurence mind you their spotty computer systems takes 15 minutes to load so its expected for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift to boot up your PC. Of course this is a complete violation of the Fair Labor Act but they get away with it.
