Pros

Flexibility, unlimited PTO, a few office perks

Cons

No room for growth, has a major culture issue, pay is not great. The company doesn’t like people who don’t go with the status quo. If you question any decision, it is taken as a personal attack.

Pros

- Opportunities for advancement (worked my way here a long time from the bottom up) - Good pay and benefits (for single people)

Cons

- Layoffs are frequent - You are a cog in a machine here to upper management - Lip service to valuing employees and customers over investor valuations - Crunch culture
