Pros
Work by yourself and a lot of driving if you enjoy that. The job is not hard.
Cons
Terrible training and communication, when hired was told 4 weeks remote training then 2 weeks field training, actual training is 5 days remote if you even consider it training, then 2 days shadowing before you are on your own and forced to sell the plan. If you don't sell you will terminated after a while. If you don't do well with sales they will have your coach on the phone while working with the customers to make sure you are pitching the plan correctly. The fact that you can't get all your deliveries at the start of the shift and have to come back to get them and take a break means more mileage on your vehicle. Even if you have no work for the day you are still expected to show up for the daily zoom meeting on site. Constant revolving door.
