Management and workplace environment sucks. One of their core values is "INTEGRITY" but the management pushes you to lie to the customers just to close a sale. Management has so much verbal abuse going even when you're just eating lunch and trying to relax from the stress at work they would disturb you and brag about eating free lunch from office but not making a sale, they would shout at you while you are in the production area and they would try to rage bait you just to get a reaction so they can use something against you. If you want to earn above minimum but walk on eggshells everyday and ruin your integrity for the sake of the company, this is the right company for you.
