      --Causal work environment --Got stock options before they stopped handing them out --Worked with some quality people

      Cons

      --Tech debt --Grew too fast without fixing internal problems --Chasing opportunities without discretion --Too many reorgs --Thinks adopting new tech platforms every 3 months can somehow change broken data practices and culture --Thinks corporate structure outweighs the quality people actually getting the work done --Advancement goes to squeakiest wheels rather than the best and brightest --Don't be too honest with your manager because it'll get you backstabbed
