Pros

The pay and benefits are great, vacation time is great, colleagues are awesome people and hard workers. They recognize and reward hard work. Also free food/drinks/snacks. In a great location right off the freeway. Not stingy with anything. They encourage people to take leadership roles so you can really work your way up the ladder. Promotions and raises are fairly regular. They have an established and growing customer base so this company isn't going anywhere. They are always trying really hard to make working conditions better. They use a lot of different technologies so you always have something new to learn. There are some very talented senior developers that work here with lots of experience. These guys provide great mentorship. Working from home seems okay about once a week. A lot of the colleagues are very close friends and care deeply for each other. Developers are very helpful to one another.

Cons

Code base is a little sloppy, but getting better. Managers are more like motivators than technical managers. Sometimes you are expected to work on weekends due to poor planning (but they recognize this and let you take days off to make up for it). Sometimes there are too many meetings and you wont have enough time to actually do the coding and testing. Rely very heavily on QA instead of automated testing. When starting out new, getting everything set up and getting into a project can take a while.

Pros

Salary was decent, benefits pretty good. This location really had one of the best people you could possibly work with, until most of them left, and now the rest got laid off.

Cons

Management in Asia is some of the worst I have ever seen in my life. No people skills, and absolutely clueless, but like to pretend they know everything. It is sad that Atlanta office had to deal with that tyranny and in the end pay the price. Business is also clueless, not knowing what they want at all. There is no project management at all. That entire department is USELESS. They don't do anything. There is no project plans, nothing. Poor planning, prioritizing and just overall doing simple day to day business when it comes to SDLC. Would not recommend to anyone!
