The store is seriously disorganized, employees are not left in a department long enough to fix it up. Employees are expected to finish multiple tasks in an hour. Managers push their work on employees, while they pretty much stand around and talk. Also they do favorites. And management gossips about everyone! They try to get their employees in trouble. Apparently if an employee argues with a certain manager then they automatically get fired.
And if a cashier is not getting perks to the stores expectations, the cashier will have their hours cut.
They do not give proper training on anything when you start. But expect you to know everything. And although they see how hard you are working ( draining yourself) they will still see it as nothing getting done fast enough.
