Pros

Absolutely nothing . I have to type 5 words or more, so there it is.

Cons

Everything; I started at $10.15 which is 5 cents more than minimum wage in my state. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in their truck processing get ready for the dumbest possible way to unload a truck and put freight out ever. Unloading the boxes, which come in a million little inner boxes and putting it on a cart to be sent out to the floor, when there is usually only 2 or 3 of you unloading boxes and then one of you has to go to the floor with the cart. They have NO STORAGE in the back. There was no racking or system of putting back stock away. You will also be the backup register person, even though there are floor associates and managers who are fully capable of doing it. They have no inventory control. A guest could ask you if you had something in the back (which there were tons of boxes just stacked on the floor in the storeroom of items crammed into boxes that wouldn't fit out (and it wasnt just one UPC per box) you had to lie and say you didn't have it if it's not on the floor. Every day you work you had to take a "training" course that lasted 15 minutes. There was only 2 computers in the store to use for the training, so if you couldn't take it because someone else was on it before you left you would be expected to take your learning on your own time. Product may LOOK nice, but it is absloutel JUNK and they just throw things away if it's even a little damaged. Just the most unorganized place I have ever worked.

Pros

I like the variety of decor and the employee discount is nice.

Cons

The management is awful, You getting people to sign up for the credit card is literally the only thing they care about. If you have an emergency and call in, you better believe you’re getting in trouble on next shift. They watch camera and assume they know what and who your facial expressions are meant for. I’ve been working there for about 6 months and I’m the only one left that was there when I started, so many people have quit it’s ridiculous. They play favorites and if you’re not one you’ll be treated like trash. They’re very short staffed, yet they cut hours every other month. When you’re hired they’ll tell you, you won’t be doing the same thing every shift and you’ll NEVER be stuck at register all day but that’s a complete lie. 90% of the time they’re only 3 workers in the store during closing time, 1 will do register all night while the other associate does go backs and cleans while the “manager” does whatever they want (meaning absolutely nothing). If they don’t like you they will make you do everything by yourself especially the things nobody wants to do (clean bathrooms, get carts, etc.) I would not recommend even my worst enemy to work here.

Pros

Busy store, your day is never boring. Get paid to work out.

Cons

Their skeleton crew work model does not work. Store is very large and usually a mess. Employees don't have enough time to condition and help customers. Very overwhelming workload with low pay even for a hard working experienced retail employee. Employees burn out quickly so there is a high turn over rate.
