      Decent pay, but not worth it

      Pros

      Paid relatively well for retail at the time.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure to push customers to sign up for the rewards program and credit card. (Which are not worth it, 10% off one time but only if you get approved). Employees did not get anything for reaching their goals besides being told it's part of the job. A lot of questions to ask when people just want to shop. It is a large store, and my location was generally understaffed, making it hard to keep clean, especially with all the glitter!!
