Pros

Set schedules weeks in advance, challenges around every turn keeps you busy and avoids the mundane

Cons

After a new transistion there is only half the staff to get the same job done, half of current staff is salaried creating poor morale keeping employees in the store atleast 50 hours a week and working after scheduled time off consistently.

Pros

There really are none. Once you are working and realize upper management dosn't know anything about running a company or how to treat employee's it is amazing they are still operating.

Cons

No respect for employee's. Always told if you don't execute you will be punished up to and including termination, which is a threatening environment. I have 30 years of experience with 3 different companies and was told I wasn't paid to think. I was a General Manager who was in a position to give feedback that would help the company make dicisions.
