      Toxic work culture. Micromanagement in IT department

      Pros

      There were friendly co workers but they are so scared of the IT leadership that they do not talk with each other in the office.

      Cons

      The workplace suffers from a toxic culture marked by micromanagement at its worst. The IT leadership maintain a hostile environment. This leadership group, all hired from the same previous company, collaborates to intimidate other employees. My colleagues are deeply dissatisfied but remain silent due to fear of job loss. The WORST employer I have ever worked in my 30 years career.

      Decent pay, cool team, easy environment

      Cons

      cleaning bathrooms at the end of the night(not as bad, worked as a team), management fusses at you and thinks it's okay, have to sell credit cards or else
