DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

I honestly didn't find many pros working here at all. The 25% off they give employees is more than most company's..

Cons

They completely over work their employees for minimum pay. I wouldn't work here unless you're completely desperate for a job or need something temporarily. Definitely a lot of work and the work load they put on employees is absolutely insane compared to the pay. You can work in a wear house doing the same type of work load you do here and get payed a significant amount more. They also offer little to no training. I don't recommend at all. Please look at these reviews and take them into deep consideration before you choose to work here. I wish I had.

Terrible Company

Pros

no pros to working for this company

Cons

this company will work you to the bone for little pay. they have an extremely high employee turnover rate including with bosses/managers. they don't care if you are sick, even dying sick, they will not cooperate with your needs. they tried firing me when i needed to seek medical attention while i was pregnant. they are also high in showing employee favoritism. if you work your butt off, you won't get recognized for it, but you better bet the people who do hardly anything and are friends with the managers will get recognition and even promoted.

Pros

25% discount is the only pro

Cons

The management was terrible, I was in school full time and expected to work an outrageous amount of hours even though I was just part time, all the product is cheap and damaged, the website is a joke, breaks are nonexistent unless you're management who sits in the break room talking trash on fellow employees hours at a time while still on the clock, and lastly they are one of the worst organized companies I've ever worked for. I would never recommend anyone work here at it's current state.
