Pros

Employee discount 25% Good benefits

Cons

The company has changed alot since the CEO left. Lots of new faces at the highest levels. Compensational benefits for managers dont exist anymore. Workload is insane for the amount of labor hours given. Customer service expectations are insane compared to the level of staffing. District managers and up "dont want to hear excuses only see results." Company could be going under due to the current macroeconomic environment but is leaving employees in the dark. Pay is substandard compared to other salaries for similar roles and environments. Work/life balance no longer exists.

Pros

Able to work more independently and focus on sections you’re given

Cons

I’ve heard talk of management talking badly about workers behind their back. Also, knowledge or support for LGBT+ individuals is not really a thing; if you’re looking for an environment that is proactive in welcoming you, this place is not proactive in that.
