Pros

None at all, absolutely horrible management

Cons

The management would always expect miracles to happen. They want a ton of work done in an unreasonable amount of time. There is always constant drama and things said behind people’s back. The staff gets treated like crap by management and when you try and say something about it, they deny it. For the amount of work put on the employees we did not get payed enough or was given enough hours. The turn out rate for employees is ridiculous, so on top of all the work the associates already had, we had to constantly train people, who were probably not going to be there for more than a week. If you work hard, you will not be recognized for how hard you work. It’s constant criticism on how you need to get more done that you’re not getting it done fast enough. If you try and talk to management about quitting they will kiss your butt, and say they are sorry and that things will get better. The store is also always a mess. We did not get enough hours to have that much stuff to put up and make the store look presentable, especially after how busy the weekends are. We never get told when the higher management is coming in until the night before. All of the work is put on night shift to pick up the store to look presentable. The closing crew gets left with all the build up of returns and the trashed store and always expected to get everything done for the morning. If someone calls in, the rest of the associates have a larger load because they will not call anyone in and still expect all the work to get done. Words can not explain how bad the management is in their company.

Pros

25% discount is nice for shopping!!

Cons

- Terrible higher management - Favoritism everywhere! - They expect so much to be done within little time - Get talked to like we are children and we are never right - I know there’s stress that comes with jobs but I have never dealt with more stress from a job until this one - The pay is terrible for what we do and put up with. - Your thoughts and feelings don’t matter - They expect so much to be done with the closing shift that it can’t be done. There’s already so much to do while closing and adding more stuff on top of it and expecting it to be done when they come in the next morning and if it not done we get pulled into the office and have a talk because it wasn’t done. - No matter how much we do, to them it’s never enough.

Pros

Discount 25% Providing jobs in a time where right now there’s not many Thank You

Cons

Being stressed by DM and corporate office over Credit Cards and Perks and your job threaten! Unrealistic expectations to get a job done with not enough labor in the store that the average is 90,000 sq ft to 1. Take care of the customers 2. Achieve Store Standards consistently 3. You are given hours for EDLP to do resets but those hours are out of what you should already be running at which again isn’t enough. 4. The Online order system has a ton of issues that still need to be worked out but instead of corporate fixing them you get held accountable for things that are out of your control! 5. The pay is average
