      Tight labor model that doesn't fit the business, Behind the times In technology, wants associates to be productive yet don't give them the tools to be successful. If you kiss up. You will get places. Hostile work environment with associates never getting appreciated. Unprofessionalism by store directors in treating associates poorly by embarrassing them over a walkie or infront of customers.
