Pros

You could be cross trained to work in operations and cashiering duties. Friendly coworkers and managers.

Cons

Not enough hours given. Not enough people scheduled to work which made it difficult to get the truck/projects done. Manager always pulled people away to work on cashiering duties. High turnover rate.

Pros

-lots of cool seasonal merchandise -can work with really great people (I call it trauma bonding) -benefits package (the only thing that kept me there tbh)

Cons

-corporate doesn’t care, sometimes your management won’t either -corporate also seems to have no knowledge of what’s going on in the stores… why do you send us 100 of the same piece of wall art???? -your rewards are always just donuts in the breakroom lol (and even that is few and far between) -too many responsibilities and expectations given what you’re set up with -insane push to get credit cards -favoritism and lack of communication led to a toxic environment -nobody held to the same standard -nobody ever seemed to be paid the same
